This comfortable rental villa, located in the sought-after holiday region of Kalkan-Kızıltaş in Antalya, stands out with its unique sea view. Offering an ideal option for large families and groups of friends thanks to its proximity to the center, the villa has a capacity of 10 people. It provides our guests with the opportunity to create unforgettable holiday memories with its garden barbecue, table tennis, and modern seating area. All rooms have a sea view, and the villa also features a children's pool, enhancing comfort for families with kids.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, and air conditioning. Opens to the terrace.
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, bathroom and WC, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, and air conditioning. Opens to the terrace.
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, bathroom and WC, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, and air conditioning. Opens to the terrace.
• Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, and air conditioning. Opens to the terrace.
• Bedroom 5: 1 double bed, bathroom and WC, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, and air conditioning. Opens to the terrace.

Living Room

The living room features a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, coffee table, wireless modem, and air conditioning. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modern American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, dining table, dinnerware set, cutlery set, pots and pans set, glasses, and a dishwasher.

Pool and Garden

The villa features a private swimming pool and a children's pool in its garden. The pool measures 12m x 4m with a depth of 1.55m. The garden includes the private swimming pool, sun loungers, a sun umbrella, table tennis, a dining table and chairs, a children's pool, a swing, a seating group, and a barbecue.

Terrace

The terrace offers a sea view and is furnished with a seating group.

General Conditions

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM on the arrival day.
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM on the departure day.
• Please adhere to these times, as cleaning is performed in between. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Damage Deposit

• A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after a villa/apartment inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.

Minimum Stay and Additional Cleaning Fee

• If requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period are accepted, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• The villa is delivered clean, and cleaning is provided free of charge once a week. Extra cleaning, new linens, pillowcases, etc., can be arranged by the villa staff for a fee.
• Pool and Garden Care: All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed. Despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may still be present in the surroundings.
• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: We cannot guarantee 100% privacy for villas with sheltered pools; there is always a 5% margin of visibility.
