Surrounded by pristine nature and the gentle sounds of birds, this conservative-friendly villa with jacuzzi offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Situated within a prestigious complex of similar villas, our property is one of 10 standalone 3+1 villas, each featuring its own private pool.

This modern villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The property boasts a private garden and a stunning pool area, creating a visually striking and relaxing atmosphere. The villa is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with all the essentials for a hassle-free stay.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next door. Subject to availability, you can rent multiple villas simultaneously to enjoy your holiday together.

Living Room

Designed as an open-plan living/dining area, located on the ground floor. Features include a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and electronic goods to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, private jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, vanity table, wardrobe, and direct access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, vanity table, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
• Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, access to a shared bathroom (with the living room), and direct access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The outdoor area features a private swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance is performed early in the morning by our dedicated staff.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this period.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It is fully refunded after a brief inspection of the villa/apartment 10 minutes before your departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• The villa is delivered clean, and a complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week.
• Extra cleaning, fresh linens, pillowcases, etc., can be arranged for an additional fee by our staff.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas are regularly sprayed for pest control. However, due to the natural setting, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Note: While our villas offer a secluded feel, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. There is always a 5% visibility margin.
