Star Villa

Star Villa is a private, conservative-friendly family villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. With a secluded pool area and a private jacuzzi, this villa is designed for guests seeking privacy and tranquility away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 4 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The pool and pool terrace are enclosed with a retractable canopy system, ensuring full privacy from surrounding views. Ideal for those who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday in a discreet, sheltered setting, this stylish villa welcomes you with its spacious living areas and modern design.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Amenities include a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is part of the ground-floor living area. It is fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and electronic appliances you may need throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor. Features a double bed, jacuzzi, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, and balcony. A shared bathroom is available on the ground floor.

Bedroom 2: Located on the upper floor. Features two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, and balcony. A shared bathroom/WC is available in the common area.

Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, and balcony.

Bedroom 4: Features a double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, WC, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace includes a private enclosed swimming pool, a private garden, sun loungers, a swing, a foosball table, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a BBQ (grill), a table and chairs for 6, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning by our staff on a daily basis.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 5.50 m, Length: 11.50 m, Depth: 1.40 m
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrival is not possible as cleaning is performed between these hours.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It is fully refunded after a villa/apartment inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be accommodated with an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and one complimentary cleaning per week is included. Additional cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available upon request for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Notice: While our pool is enclosed, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy at all times; a 5% margin of visibility should be considered.
