The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room is specially designed for your comfort.

• Bedroom 1 (Suite): Double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, wardrobe, vanity, and private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (Suite): Double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, wardrobe, vanity, and private bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 (Suite): Two single beds, air conditioning, nightstands, wardrobe, vanity, and private bathroom.

The living room is located on the pool level and offers scenic nature views. It is furnished with a seating area, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. The modern American kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.

Pool & Garden Amenities

The garden of Adalya Villa stands out with its well-maintained green areas and two distinct pools. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by a professional team.

• Main Pool: Measures 12m x 3.75m with a depth of 1.5m. Optional heating is available for an additional fee of 1500 TL per day.
• Second Pool: Measures 5m x 3.5m with a depth of 1.2m.
• Children's Pool: A separate section is available for younger guests.
• The villa also includes a sauna, jacuzzi, and barbecue equipment for your enjoyment.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in.
• Short Stays: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Shorter stays are subject to an additional fee of 6,000 TL per day.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage are included in the price.
• Additional Services: Extra bed, extra cleaning, transportation, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Children & Pets: The villa is child-friendly and a baby crib can be provided. Please confirm with us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
