• Bedrooms: On the upper floor, there are 2 air-conditioned suite family rooms (double bed, private bathroom and toilet, vanity, wardrobe, nightstand). On the ground floor, there is 1 youth room (2 single beds, private bathroom and toilet, vanity, wardrobe).
• Living Room: Seating group, TV, satellite, air conditioning, dining table for 6 with chairs.
• Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, toaster, kettle, 4-burner stove, and various kitchen utensils.

Outdoor Area and Amenities

Aden Villa's private pool is 3 meters wide, 11.5 meters long, and 1.50 meters deep. In the garden, you will find sun loungers, a seating area, a hanging swing, table tennis, a children's playground, and barbecue facilities. Wi-Fi internet (with usage limits) and air conditioning enhance your comfort in all areas.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum reservation of 5 nights is required.
• Cleaning: The initial cleaning, pool, and garden maintenance are included in the price. Additional cleaning is available for a fee.
• Utilities: Electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage are included in the rental price.
• Deposit: A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Additional Services: Services such as transportation, a high chair, and on-site staff are subject to a fee and are not included in the rental price.
• Children: A baby crib can be requested; a high chair is available for a fee.
